Wholesale availability
Yes we do offer wholesale. If you are interested in purchasing an item from us for wholesale please contact us at info@jaybeedesign.ca and we will work with you for your request.
Custom and personalized orders
We offer custom and personalized orders on a case by case basis. Any requests for customization please contact us through the shop or email us at info@jaybeedesign.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your shipping method?
We send all of our Canadian orders through Canada post standard shipping. If you require a different or quicker shipping method please contact for pricing and time frames. American orders are processed through chitchats.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping with our orders, but if you request we can not include the packing slip in the order. Please note if you select gift note this is NOT a note printed inside the card. If you want that it is considered customization and you will need to reach out for pricing. Gift notes are printed on a separate piece of paper.
