Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase please contact me and I will issue a refund for the full amount of your item less shipping. Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs and item must be returned in the same condition it left in. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. *Large orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for return*
Payment
I accept paypal and credit card payments direct through etsy. If paying by echeck, payment must clear before items are shipped. We are not able to accept checks or money orders.
Shipping
Most orders ship 2-5 day USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I try to mail out packages within 24 hours of receiving payment, but please allow an extra day or two for unexpected circumstances. If you are extra anxious and would like to upgrade to 2-3 day Priority Mail then please convo me and I will add an additional $3.00 to your total. Please understand the Priority shipping is an *estimated service and not guaranteed. If you would like your shipping guaranteed please contact us to see if an Express shipment is possible.Express shipments start at $25.95 US orders only.

If you would like to add insurance to an order please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can add insurance for you.
International buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees on their packages. Insurance is not included with international orders. If you would like insurance please contact me so I can adjust the price accordingly. IMPORTANT! I am no longer able to replace or refund missing or damaged international packages. If you would like your items protected you MUST purchase insurance and tracking on them before purchasing. Please contact me for specific details if you are interested in having your items insured. This is highly recommended for large orders and for orders shipping to Italy!
I am always happy to accommodate gift giving! If you are purchasing as a gift just let me know and I will wrap your item accordingly and make sure to leave the receipt out of the package. I would also be happy to add a little note or card in the package with a message of your choice.
