What happens if my order is not received by the estimated delivery date

Please note delivery times are estimated only based on our dispatch time and the courier's average delivery time for the service chosen. They are not GUARANTEED delivery times. If you require your item for a certain date we would advise upgrading to a guaranteed service Express

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations of personalised items will only be accepted within 4 hours of ordering . After this time your order is already in progress. In progress means we have started work on your order, added your item to the print queue and paid for and printed your postage label. If you wish to cancel after this time there will be a 50% cost to cover work and materials used

Can I return items if Faulty or incorrect

Yes all items can be returned if they are faulty or incorrect However you need to check your item on receipt and contact us within 14 days ofdelivery and return within 30 days after delivery.We are not responsible if you have failed to inspect the item or contacted us within the 14 days

Can custom or personalised items be exchanged or returned

We only accept returns or exchanges on items personalised in any way if a mistake has been made by us on your order.

Do you offer to include gift wrapping and gift Messages

We do not offer a gift wrapping service at this time. We can include a gift note with your order however the note must be left in the gift note section when ordering. Notes placed elsewhere will not be able to be printed or included
