Are your products made by you?

Our 3D-printed and laser-engraved products are designed and made in our UK studio. Selected wall art may be printed and dispatched by a specialist production partner; this is stated clearly in the relevant listing.

Why can I see fine lines on a 3D-printed product?

3D printing builds an object one layer at a time, so fine layer lines are a natural feature of the process rather than a fault. We inspect each piece and show the finish accurately in our photographs.

Can I personalise an item?

Selected products can be personalised with names, dates, colours or short text. Please enter the details exactly as you want them to appear and check spelling before ordering. Message us before purchase if you need something not shown in the options.

Do you accept custom orders?

We consider custom work when the design, timescale and intended use are suitable. Please send a message with the item, dimensions, colour, wording, deadline and how it will be used. A custom request is not confirmed until we agree the details.

How long will my order take?

The processing time shown on each listing is the reliable guide. Ready-to-make items are normally prepared faster than personalised work. Delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from production time.

Will the colour match my screen?

We photograph and prepare artwork as accurately as possible, but screens display colour differently. Filament, wood and paper batches may also vary slightly. Where an exact match matters, please contact us before ordering.

Is a frame included with an art print?

Only when the listing and selected variation explicitly say "framed". Frames, props and room settings shown in lifestyle images are not included unless stated.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on eligible, non-personalised physical items under the policy shown on the listing. Personalised, custom-made and downloaded digital items have different cancellation rules, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected. Please message us before returning anything.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Please contact us promptly through Etsy Messages with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the problem and put it right in line with your legal rights and Etsy's applicable protection rules.

Can I use a 3D-printed item near heat or outdoors?

Only if the listing specifically says so. Many common 3D-printing materials can soften or change shape in high heat and are not automatically weatherproof. Follow the use and care notes on the listing and included card.
