Gift wrapping and packaging
Our A4 prints are wrapped in acid free tissue and sent in hard backed envelopes or postal tubes and our A3, also wrapped in acid free tissue, may be sent in protected postal tubes to ensure no damage occurs during delivery. We aim to get all orders printed, packaged and sent within 3 days of payment confirmation.
If you wish to send a print as a gift, please contact us so we can agree on any additional packaging or note you may wish to include with the package and we will do our very best to help. This may, in some cases, incur additional costs.

Refund and Exchanges:
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible and I will provide you with details for your return and/or exchange.
Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item has been returned to me.
Returns must be sent back with their original packaging.
If your order is returned in perfect condition then I will provide a refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
