Passionate about good quality and customer service, I like to always remember how I would like to be treated when I'm the customer
After being made redundant from the job I loved, I just couldn't think about working anywhere else or in any other market, I'd spent all my life in IT dealing with large data, presenting information for other people and living a very full and exciting working life, but no balance.... I made the decision, not to go back to a traditional job, but to do what I love, which is making things, its started as a hobby, and so evolved into a small business.
I live in the most wonderful part of Bedfordshire, working from my garage in my converted studio, I spend my day creating and testing idea's to solve simple problems, my family or friends have discussed with me.
The best part of working as I do is that I can combine my business with walking in the countryside, with my Cockerpoo Cookie, So when I need motivation or inspiration, its there on my door step and it reminds me of what's important.
I love socialising with my friends, and keeping a wonderful life work balance which has been so lacking before. I truly am lucky, and its thanks to you - my customers - who allow me to live this life and I'm extremely grateful.
