All international orders are sent untracked as standard, there are options to upgrade your shipping to ‘Tracked and Sign for’ for an additional cost. Please note, this is not a faster service and a signature is required upon delivery.

All orders are sent untracked. If you are worried your order has been lost in the post, please get in touch! If it has been more than 20 working days (UK and Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world) I will send out one replacement no problem. Happily, this rarely happens!

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. I will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address you will need to pay additional shipping for it to be resent to the correct address.

Prints, cards, notebooks and stickers are sent in an envelope with card reinforcement to help them stay as flat as possible. Packages will be posted 1st Class in the UK or by Standard Airmail within 1-3 business days of payment. As standard, packages will not have tracking numbers, if you have opted for the ‘Tracked and Signed for’ option, it will be noted in your shipping notification - please do not send me messages asking for tracking numbers if you have opted for standard shipping, there won’t be one.

All orders are posted from the UK. Within the UK, packages usually take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Outside of the UK, they arrive within an average of 2-3 weeks from date of posting, however, it can take up to 4 weeks if there are delays with the postal system and/or customs. Please note, I will only send a replacement order once.

Items can be returned if you contact me within 3 of purchase and providing that the item is unused and in perfect condition. Postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty. Let me know if you would like to return an item by sending me an Etsy message.

Please check your address carefully whilst making your order and confirm it is correct in your order confirmation email from Etsy. If your address isn't right, please send me a message ASAP and I should be able to correct it for you. I can not take responsibility for items shipped to the incorrect address: remember it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your shipping details are accurate!
