This ALL wild yeast cookbook is full of recipes that will bring joy back into baking for you. Since everything is made with active sourdough starter or inactive sourdough starter (aka discard) and not commercial dry yeast, it's gut healthy and more nutritious than most baked goods. I like to think I can "have my cake and eat it too" :). Especially, being gluten intolerant, these recipes have brought joy back into my life. I no longer bloat or have stomach issues because the fermentation process of using sourdough helps break down the gluten and makes it more digestible. I can't bake any other way, now!

In this cookbook, you'll find lots of sourdough loaf recipes, including some of the house favorites my customers grew to love: jalapeno cheddar, cinnamon sugar swirl, original plain, garlic & rosemary, and blueberry lemon. I also wanted to adapt some of my favorite recipes my family and I love, like: cinnamon rolls, fluffy sandwich bread, orange rolls, pretzels, biscuits, pancakes, brownies, cookies, etc. to make them "healthier" when you want to enjoy a sweet treat. I hope you love and enjoy them as much as we do.

My hope with the cookbook is that you find healing (whatever that looks like for you) in the kitchen. After having three second trimester miscarriages in the last year, it was God and baking that got me through it. I hope this sourdough journey does the same for you. :)
