i have aleene's jewelry glue on my fingertips&it doesn't really wash off :(

I was making jewelry just now and got glue on my fingers. It already dried and I tried soap and water, but it only takes off some of it (and some of my skin as far as I can see ;__;) My fingers kind of hurt now :(

My sister was like "use acetone!" but I don't know about mixing those two substances together. I kind of like having fingertips. They are useful.

Does anyone know how I can get all of the glue off? Bonus points to stuff that doesn't include pain.

nail file - or fine sanding paper ;)

Or hold an ice cube to it for a bit, then it starts to crack and you can crumble it off..

She's right. I use it to remove epoxy. I keep some nail polish remover in the work room just for that purpose.
