Return & Exchange Process for Gold and Silver Rings

We make every ring from scratch, especially for the person who purchases it. We are not a retail store reselling easy-to-exchange mass-produced rings. Exchanging a Made-to-Order ring is uncommon, as there is no inventory of every possible combination of style, dimensions, material, and ring size. To exchange, we will need to craft a brand-new ring from scratch for you in the same production timeframe as on your original order. We would readily accept a one-time return or exchange per customer, but we kindly ask you to carefully consider the style and size you order to avoid returns/exchanges if possible. We make each ring from scratch after it is ordered and our standard production time for simple gold and silver bands is 1-3 weeks.
