The process of making items takes about 3-5 business days.

During Christmas holidays, New Year or other holidays the delivery could take for 7-14 days longer.

The following timelines are based on the post office's suggested timeline and not guaranteed. Your parcel may come earlier, but may linger on its way. Also, we can’t be responsible for various force-majeure circumstances or a natural disaster that may affect the delivery time.

If your parcel comes back (in case you gave us wrong address, if you forgot to receive it) – it can be resend, but there will be additional shipping cost charge.
