RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Hawk + Lion Studio items are all made to order, and as such, our policy is EXCHANGE ONLY.

If your item arrives damaged from transit or you find that the sizing is incorrect, please contact us immediately through Etsy.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery of the original item.

Once the return package is received by Hawk + Lion Studio, we will begin the process of producing and shipping (at no cost to buyer) the new item.


PRIORITY REQUESTS

At this time we are unable to accommodate priority requests and kindly request that you order items within a timeframe that will allow for our typical production and shipping times.


LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

Hawk + Lion Studio cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Refunds are not available for lost and stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have input the correct name and address for their purchase. Any orders that have an incorrect shipping address due to the buyer’s error will not be refunded once shipped.
