Custom photo pin back buttons perfect for birthdays, graduations, business events, memorials, weddings, bachelorettes, bachelors, your own design and more. Available in 1.25″, 2.25″, and 3″ sizes.

You can provide up to 5 different designs/pictures per bulk amount ordered ("Select amount here (bulk pricing)" menu). You can provide your own design file, send a photo to be used "as is" or ask us to add text to it as shown in the listing examples.

A preview of what the buttons will look like will be provided to you within a few business hours after we receive the picture(s). Please note that preview approval is required unless you provide a ready-to-use design file already cropped as a 1:1 ratio circle in the correct size. Delay in providing the picture(s) and/or approval of the design preview may delay when your order is shipped/delivered.

Minimum order 10 buttons for 1.25" buttons and 5 buttons for 2.25" and 3" buttons. For orders larger than the amounts shown in the listing please contact us first.

CUSTOMERS IN ALASKA AND HAWAII

Since we ship packages with UPS shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher than it is in the lower 48. If you need your order shipped to either area we ask you contact us before ordering.

We will provide you with a quote and a custom order.

Orders going to AK or HI and purchased directly from the listing without contacting us first for a shipping quote will be cancelled and refunded.

Our bulk pricing is limited to 5 design/pictures. If you want more than 5 different designs please contact us via Etsy message letting us know how many different pictures you need, how many buttons per design you'd like, and your preferred button size. We will provide you a quote.

We usually recommend a maximum of:

- 22 characters (spaces and punctuation included) per line for 1.25 inch buttons
- 28 characters (spaces and punctuation included) per line for 2.25 inch buttons
- 32 characters (spaces and punctuation included) per line for 3 inch buttons

PICTURE SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS

Each button size requires a minimum picture size for optimal printing. Using small and/or low resolution pictures may cause printing quality issues in the final product.

We recommend the pictures to be a minimum size of:

- For 1.25" buttons 500px x 500px (300dpi)
- For 2.25" buttons 700px x 700px (300dpi)
- For 3" buttons 900px x 900px (300dpi)

Not sure if your picture is large enough? Feel free to send it to us before you order and we will gladly confirm if it will work without issues. :)

HOW DO I ORDER?

1.Select the button size you want to order (1.25 inches, 2.25 inches or 3 inches).
2. Select your desired amount of buttons in the "Select amount here (bulk pricing)" menu. (disregard the "Quantity" option)
3. Use the "Personalization" or "Note to seller" during checkout to include the custom text you would like us to use for your buttons.
4. Provide us with the picture(s) you'd like to use via Etsy message or the email shown in the listing. We will send you a preview for approval within a few business hours. Please note that delay in providing the picture(s) and/or approval of the design preview may delay when your order is shipped/delivered.

ARE THESE BUTTONS WATERPROOF?
-----------------------------------------------------------------

These buttons are meant for regular daily wear/use. Submerging them in water (ie: swimming in the pool/beach, putting them through the washing machine, etc.) may damage them. The protective plastic top layer will only protect them from regular moisture (ie: rain, splashing a drink on them, etc.)

* We will reply asap (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours) confirming if we can rush your order on our end (no additional cost), and recommending a Shipping Upgrade if necessary to get your order delivered in time for your event. Please note that estimated delivery times given at checkout are supplied by Etsy and UPS. While they are accurate 99% of the time, they should still be regarded as "estimates" and not "guaranteed delivery dates"

* Buyers are responsible of providing complete accurate shipping addresses that are deliverable. Issues like incomplete addresses, inaccessible properties, gated properties, missing mailboxes, etc. may cause issues with deliveries.

As per our shop policies we do not accept returns/exchanges. Please note that in the case of a returned package due to issues with the address/undeliverable properties we will offer to resend the package to a new address or issue a partial refund (full refund minus shipping cost for premade items, and partial refund minus shipping cost for custom items that we cannot resell).
