Is personalization free? Yes — personalization is free on every item in my shop. Add a name, date, or birth-month flower in the "Note to seller" box at checkout, or message me after ordering. Can you send my order directly to the gift recipient with a gift note?

Yes, I can. Please write the recipient's address in the shipping section and add the gift note to the 'notes to seller' section. Also I won't include any pricing information.

Yes — mugs are made for hot and cold drinks and are microwave safe. To keep the hand-painted design looking its best, I recommend gentle hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge.

Cancellation of order

How long does an order take, and how fast is shipping?

Each piece is painted to order. Processing usually takes 5 business days, and then it ships. Some designs are already in the USA and arrive in 2–5 days — look for the "Last Minute Gifts" section.
