- Shipping: I always send my packages via PostNL. As soon as they are sent, you will receive the track and trace code from me in your Etsy account. Usually these can be traced perfectly via https://jouw.postnl.nl/track-and-trace/ However, it can also happen that the courier company in the country of destination does not pass on the track and trace to PostNL. If you still want to track your package, you must enter the same original track and trace code on the website of the local courier service or postal services. (For the US this is https://www.usps.com, for Norway this is e.g. https://www.posten.no/en/ or for e.g. France this is https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois) If you are unable to find your package, please send me a message and I will be happy to look into it for you.

- US Import Tariffs: Since August 2025, import tariffs have been in effect on all goods shipped to the US, regardless of their value. All our packages shipped to the US are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning the import tariffs have already been paid by us, the seller. (Note: This only applies to the US, not to other countries.)

- Taxes and customs: The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees in the destination country. For certain countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switserland, Ausralia, etc.), Etsy charges VAT or taxes and includes these in your price, which means you have already paid for this at checkout on Etsy and you will not be charged this fee again. For a list of countries or more information, you can always visit the Etsy FAQ website. Of course, not all items are subject to taxes or customs. This depends on the object, value, etc. Please inform yourself well in advance as we do not accept cancellations based on refusal to pay these taxes, VAT or others.

- Destination: Purchased items are always shipped to the address you registered with Etsy. If you would like to change this address, please send me a message immediately so I can happily arrange this for you. Due to an API integration with the shipping company, it is impossible to change the shipping address a few hours after your purchase, since the purchase of shipping receipts has already been made and cannot be changed or cancelled. This is to ensure that shipping is completed as quickly as possible and to provide good service.

- Multiple items: If you would like to order more items from my store at the same time, please send me a message so that I can calculate an adjusted shipping rate for you. Of course it is also possible to pay for all items after which I will refund you the excess amount paid for shipping costs.

- Vintage: Let's be honest, vintage is 'hot' and some signs of wear or patina give the items that little bit of extra appeal. Of course you are aware of this, but I would like to draw your attention again to the fact that you have indeed purchased a vintage item. Vintage means used and of considerable age. The purchased item is therefore not new and may contain small signs of use or age. If there are really noticeable signs of use or damage, I will always mention this in the description. It is of course only logical that I do not take back items because the customer has not read the description and does not agree with the dimensions or condition of the item.

- Maintenance: Some tips: Lead crystal, glass and crystal glass are all glass products. Glass is sensitive to corrosion. For a longer life of your item I strongly recommend to clean all glass items by hand only. A dishwasher can cause permanent damage. | Silver items or silver plated items should always be cleaned with silver polish. | Copper items should always be cleaned with copper polish | Metal items with multi-metal cleaner. Again, these vintage items are sensitive to modern (chemical) cleaning products. Using the wrong product on your item can cause permanent damage. Please keep this in mind as I would not want any damage to be caused to your item due to incorrect cleaning methods.

- Return: If the customer agrees with me that the purchase is cancelled after the item has already been shipped (within 14 days after purchase), then the customer must ensure that the item is returned to the shipping address in its original condition. Just as I ship all items with track & trace + full insurance, due to the fragility of our goods I also only accept items back which are returned to me with track & trace + full insurance. A refund will always be without the amount of the shipping costs as these costs cannot be recovered by us, the seller, either.
