This Butterfly Birthday Party Invitation listing contains the following:

◼️Invitation
➖Size: 127 x 178mm (5 x 7") Size can be changed to 6 x 4" or other size. Please specify during purchase.
➖Format: either JPG or PDF file.
- JPG file - for printing as a photo, or
- PDF file - 2 invitations per page.

◼️Thank You Tags
➖Tag size: approx. 40 x 70mm (1.5 x 2.5").
➖Format: PDF file with 8 tags on a page.
➖Paper size: specify either Letter size or A4 size page during checkout.

◼️Chocolate wrappers
➖Size: Two sizes available:
- US BUYERS Hershey's Chocolate - to fit 1.55 ounce chocolate 5.25 x 5.6"
- AUS BUYERS Aldi Choceur Chocolate - 100 x 150mm (6 x 4" photo size).
➖Format: either JPG or PDF file.
- JPG file - for printing as a photo, or
- PDF file - 2 wrappers per page.

➖Paper size: select either Letter size or A4 size page during checkout.

◼️Drink bottle labels
➖ Size: suitable for small 300ml bottles. Labels can also be resized for Pop Tops. Please specify during checkout.
➖Format: PDF file with 5 wrappers on a page.
➖Paper size: select either Letter size or A4 size page during checkout.

◼️Poster backdrop
➖Size: backdrop can be made in any size up to around 4x8 feet / 1200x2400mm. Please specify your size in Notes to Seller during purchase.
➖Format: PDF file.
➖Resolution: smaller sized posters will be 300dpi. Larger posters will be 72dpi resolution which is suitable for poster printing via Vistaprint online etc.

◼️Printable files
These are DIY PRINTABLE files. I provide the digital files and you print yourself. No actual prints will be shipped.

◼️Personalization
I will edit and fully customize the design before sending your files. Please provide your details and requests in Notes to Seller during purchase:
➖Text: I will change all text and add your party details and information.
➖Colours: I can change any colours to match your party theme/ colours etc.
➖Size: the standard size is listed above. I can change the size of any design.
➖Design changes: changes to the design other than those listed above will incur an additional minor fee. Please contact me to chat about what you'd like.

◼️Timing
Normal production time is within 1 business day. For urgent orders, a rush fee will be charged and designs will be sent within 12 hours. The rush order fee is $5 AUD. Simply add this listing to your cart along with your order.

▶️ STEPS TO PURCHASE:
◼️Purchase
Add the item to your cart and complete payment through Checkout. Add your details and requests in the Notes to Seller during checkout:
- Birthday boy/girl's name
- Age
- For invitations: date, time, place, RSVP date, name and contact
- Any other details, text or changes you would like.

◼️Files
➖I will prepare your design using the notes provided and send your initial “proof ” via Etsy conversations.
➖Once you receive your proof, please review and notify me of any changes. If there are no changes to be made, then you already have your high resolution file and can start printing or emailing.
➖If changes are to be made, I will make the changes and send you your final print files. If you would like your files emailed, I can also do this.


▶️ PRINTING ADVICE (YOU NEED TO PRINT YOURSELF)
➖Online printing company: for invitations, thank you cards - Upload your JPG file to an online printing company, for example Vistaprint or Optimal Print (Australia).
➖Print as a photo: for invitations, chocolate wrappers etc - Take your JPG file to a printing shop or photo booth of your choice or order online via their website or app - Big W, Kmart, Harvey Norman etc.
➖Print as an A4 or Letter page and trim: take your PDF file to a printing shop for example Officeworks (Australia), Staples (US).
Or print at home on A4 or Letter paper or card stock. Use coated or semi gloss paper at between 100-200gsm for best results.
➖Posters: upload PDF file to Vistaprint or print at Officeworks (Australia) or Staples (US) etc.

◼️Colours may vary slightly due to monitor and printer variations.
