Is personalization free? Yes — personalization is free on every item in my shop. Add a name, date, or birth-month flower in the "Note to seller" box at checkout, or message me after ordering. Where do I add my custom text for my order?

Add it in the "Note to seller" section when you check out. If you forget, just message me — I'll reach out before I start painting.

Can you send my order directly to the gift recipient with a gift note?

Yes, I can. Please write the recipient's address in the shipping section and add the gift note to the 'notes to seller' section. Also I won't include any pricing information.

Yes — mugs are made for hot and cold drinks and are microwave safe. To keep the hand-painted design looking its best, I recommend gentle hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge.

Cancellation of order

If you need your order be cancel, please contact me within 12 hours. I will cancel and make a refund. If your order is shipped - cancellation is not possible.

How long does an order take, and how fast is shipping?

Each piece is painted to order. Processing usually takes 5 business days, and then it ships. Some designs are already in the USA and arrive in 2–5 days — look for the "Last Minute Gifts" section.

Oh my goodness, the quality of these mugs is even better than the photos and the photos were very good. I bought 7 of these beauties as gifts for my best friends and sisters. Vita was incredibly helpful to answer my questions and provided the requested photo prior to shipping. She packaged these so beautifully each wrapped in soft foam and packed within foam dividers. Don’t be concerned at all about the quality of her work, the quality of the glass she uses, which is very thick and noticeable, and don’t worry about the shipping your items will arrive perfectly!

Arrived incredibly late ;/ very disappointed I got it to be a birthday gift, the arrival date was still in time to be given at the birthday party, but that birthday party was 26 days ago. I have no idea why this took so long to get here. It’s just like the photo and seems to be good quality, but I would never recommend it to anybody who is getting it for any reason because who knows when it’s even gonna arrive
