PROOF BEFORE PURCHASE

Each item is personalized, I do NOT send proofs *before* purchase. These are custom designs that do take time. You will receive a proof image of the design to approve in a few business days after the order has been placed. You will have a chance to approve the design or make minor adjustments before it's printed. *Please also see our proof policy below.

The design "Proof Image" will be sent in a few Business days *AFTER* you purchase. It will be sent to the Etsy Convo and/or Email address associated with your order. • Your proof image will be based on the main listing photo of the item you purchased and your "note to seller" and the size/material chosen. 🔥PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR APPROVAL TO PRINT! 🔥 •If no response after 48 hours, your item will be sent to print "as is", but this may have delayed the production time. Your “Ship By” Date will be adjusted accordingly.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please let me know ASAP if the address needs to be changed BEFORE you approve your design. If requested in time, I will change the address on the actual shipping LABEL, but your shipping notification from Etsy will still have the old address you entered during checkout. I cannot change this part. ⭐️I am NOT responsible for packages returned because of an incorrect address was provided during checkout. An additional reshipping fee will need to be paid in order to reship the item to a new or corrected address.

I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELATIONS AFTER A PROOF HAS BEEN SENT. A minimum $15 artist fee will apply. If requested for additional proofs, the Artist fee must be paid prior to receiving an additional proof. The $ amount will be based on the type of request. • If you request a major design change or pattern change after the first proof has been sent, a "Pattern Change" fee will apply. • If excessive proofs are needed (more than 3, due to customer request) to finalize your purchase, an artist fee will need to be paid for the extra design time. • Multiple edits to your proof will delay the production process. We will do our best to make all changes within 24 hours of your request and/or additional payment received.
