When will my order arrive?

I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, often the same day if received before 12 noon. Most orders such as cards, wish bracelets, badges, bag tags, magnets and mirrors will always be dispatched the day after I receive your order. Items such as bookmarks take a little longer as a proof needs to be approved before printing and both the cutting and packaging process is longer and notepads because the gluing compound needs to set first. This is reflected in the processing times for each item.

Can I change the text on my item?

Yes, absolutely! All of my items are handmade to order so any text can be changed to suit. Please just drop me a message in the note to seller box and ensure the change request is really clear when you order.

Can I change the font on my item?

Yes. I understand that some fonts I use may be hard to read for some, particularly children so have a range of fonts available that are easier to read. Some font families also mix up lower and uppercase letters and I understand this is not to everyone's taste. If this is the case, please drop me a message and I'll see what I can offer.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All of my items are posted using Royal Mail, Second Class which aims to deliver in 2-3 days, however, this is not guaranteed. There is an option to upgrade the postage to First Class for all items. Once you've added your items to the basket, click on the three dots at the top right hand side and choose First Class. If you need your order by a specific date I suggest ordering in plenty of time. Feel free to drop me a message and I may be able to prioritise your order.

How will my order be packaged?

All items are packaged in a clear cellophane bag and sealed with my business logo sticker before being packed for dispatch. Fragile items such as pocket mirrors are wrapped in bubble wrap. All other items are dispatched in a sturdy board back envelope or postage box to avoid bending, creasing or other damage.

~The Keyring~
A handy and cute tag for your little one's bag! Perfect for your child and staff to recognise their bag amongst 29 identical ones because it looks just like them! Makes a lovely but practical small gift for your little one!

Each tag is personalised with a little design created to look like your child in their school uniform with their name and class details. Each character is available in the following skin tones:

If you would like something different please do get in touch and I’ll do my best to help. Please make your choice of skin tone, hair colour and style from the menu below. Glasses can also be added in a colour of your choice if required. There are examples of each skin tone, hair colour and style given on a chart in the photo section. Uniform can be any colour required, when you place your order please leave school uniform colour choices in the box provided. Please make these as precise as you can, e.g. bottle green, royal blue, dark grey, as I’m sure you can appreciate there are many different variations in each colour! If you’re at all unsure please message me first, in the past I have been given a photo or school website in order to colour match!

Each tag measures 5.8 cm in diameter, has a full, plastic back and is presented on an A7 size backing card before being sealed in a cellophane bag.

Your keyring will be packaged in a clear cellophane wallet in a board back envelope to arrive with you in tip top condition!
Postage is via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter service for all UK orders which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days.
