1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed. I purchased a painting but shortly afterwards received an email from Nolwenn saying that she couldn’t find the painting! Then I received an email from Nolwenn stating that the painting had been mailed but it never arrived. When I emailed Nolwenn to try to figure out what had happened, she said Etsy had sent the second email...and that the painting had not been shipped. I feel that I am not getting the real story. Pretty bad customer service.

I understand Cynthia point of view and disappointment regarding how this happened. I did my best to figure out a way to make it work for her, though. There was an unexpected glitch in Etsy when I wanted to make this order as closed once I fully reimbursed the customer (an automatic email was sent from Etsy saying the order had been shipped when it was not; it's not something I was able to control). I am really sorry about how this ended up.

5 out of 5 starsI have been a fan of Nolwenn's work for a while. I am happy to now have one of her originals. I loved this beautiful Nixie with pink hair. The painting has gorgeous texture, and I like how all Nolwenn's pieces have soul :) This gorgeous Nixie's story is written on the back of the painting - what a fun surprise.

5 out of 5 starsI loved the Soul Wispers piece that Nolwenn created for me, it turned out lovely. I will enjoy seeing my 2018 word through her art. The workmanship is superb. Communication was great, and Nolween made sure to check in several times while she was working on this piece for me. The art arrived perfectly protected in cute packaging.

It speaks to me in the way that it soothes me as I go through changes and transitions through my life.
