No glass shattered, no blemishes, transport from Belgium to Germany went very smooth, within four days. This shop knows how to pack their items really good! Communication was also top-notch, including shipment tracking. All in all, I'd give ten stars, if possible....

I was a little concerned on whether they would safely travel over seas as they were fragile but Lorenzo and Julie packaged them so nicely they made it in perfect condition! Packaging
We invest in heavy-duty boxes and wrap your item with foam padding /bubble wrap and finish it all off with innovative super eco-friendly FLO-Pak GREEN packing peanuts.
This may sound excessive but we want to give your item the best protection for its long journey from Belgium to you.
We send some pictures of the packing process of your item after it is shipped to give you that extra reassurance.
Condition of Items
All of our items are vintage or antique not new and have a certain amount of wear. We try to point out all of the flaws and take detailed pictures but sometimes small flaws are not described.
Wear and flaws are to be expected on vintage and antique items so please be aware of that before you place the order and carefully look at all of the pictures.
Please keep in mind that some items have lots of age to them and can be fragile and should be handled with care.
Items like copper, bronze, brass , silver and even on some wood the patina can change by time so depending on how long after the product pictures have been taken the patina can vary.

Shipping
We ship via DHL Express or Bpost ( Belgium Postal Service). Once your item is shipped we will send you a tracking link.
If your package gets held up in customs I will then track it and send you an update.
We ship worldwide so If you don't see your country in the shipping estimator send a request.
Follow Up
We make it our top priority to make sure you get your package. Once you order you will get notified we received it. Once your package is shipped you will get a dispatch notification that it has been sent along with a tracking link.
We check on our end when it's delivered and follow up one last time to make sure that everything is perfect and you are satisfied. If the order takes longer to arrive than it should, we track it down and follow up with you.

Our goal is to take very detailed pictures with the best lighting representing the product in the best way. The colors that you see on your monitor can look slightly different than the actual piece.
Non-Deliverable Packages & Free Shipping
If a package is returned to us in Belgium due to unpaid customs, an incorrect address, or buyer non-responsiveness, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. While we offer 'Free or discounted Shipping', this is a promotional service bundled into the item price and is only valid for completed deliveries.
