Digital product:
After your payment is cleared, you will receive an email with a pdf file to your registered Etsy email. This is a digital product no physical product will be sent. You will need to print them on your own.

We send at least 2 times a day, so you will get them within the day. Normal turnaround time is usually within a few hours. Please send us a convo if you have any problem, we will help you!

Phisical item:
We ship by Priority Mail worldwide. I have a possibility to send the packages registered.

In any case, we store your personal data as long as there are statutory retention requirements or statute of limitations of potential legal claims have not yet expired.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
