5 out of 5 starsThis was such a helpful option and I strongly recommend it. I sent Ryan a message with the two pictures I wanted to include in the locket right after making the purchase. She replied shortly thereafter with mock ups of how she would cut the photos - they were perfect. The pictures look great in the locket and there is no way I would have been able to size and cut them myself as well as she did. Thank you!!

A few years ago I made the move from a big city to a small town, tucked in a little valley between the mountains and the sea. Trading busy freeways, for open country highways and nights out for nights in.
Embracing this new change ultimately gave me the perspective and inspiration that would lead to starting my own business. Every item in the shop I’ve hand created from start to finish, working in small batches, paying close attention to every items details that make them special.
My enamel lockets are one of the pieces I feel most proud to sell in my shop, seeing how special they have become in the lives of my customers. They have been personalized for weddings, new families, enduring friendships, and so many other memories our hearts cherish.
Having the opportunity to run my own business in such a way has changed my life!

Returns and exchange details
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item(s) in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once I've receive the item I will issue you a store credit for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping. All exchanged items must be unworn/unused and in the condition/packaging as they were sent out.
Please carefully repackage back into the original packaging to avoid any damage when returning. If your item is damaged during return shipping, the full exchange value will not be given.

USPS tracking for International shipments only show where they are in the USA. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered.

US Orders:
If your package is undelivered/no tracking updates, store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited/refunded.
International orders:
If your package is undelivered/no tracking updates, store credit will be issued to you after 6 weeks of showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited/refunded.

Frequently asked questions
GIFT WRAPPING + PACKAGING
Packaging is very important whether gifting or ordering for yourself, so all orders are packaged in beautifully branded Blooming Thread packaging and ready to gift and enjoy.
If you need all or part of your order boxed individually, please leave a note when you check out. I can also include a blank card or handwrite a message for you if you'd like your gift shipped directly to the recipient. Otherwise, each item will be wrapped individually and then packaged together in one box.
I do not send a physical receipt with any order. An electronic receipt will be emailed to you upon purchase, and you can also view your order details within your Etsy purchase history.
SIZING + PRODUCT DETAILS
I carefully take the time to make sure the colors of items are reflected accurately but please be advised colors may appear slightly different based on your own personal monitor settings (brightness, hues, ect..).
Exact measurements are listed for all items (jewelry is listed down to the mm) so please check before purchasing. Photos are enlarged to show detail. If you to make adjustments to the size/length of an item, please contact me for a custom order- I'd be happy to help!
