4 out of 5 starsArrived really fast. As far as efficacy, I'd love to say my Pineal Gland opened up in a flash, but in reality for me it's too soon to tell. Maybe it's just me, but the taste takes a little getting used to. Drank with some pineapple juice, it was better. Thank you to the seller for a well packaged item which arrived pretty fast.

Thank you for your feedback! Although some noticeable benefits happen sooner, please keep in mind that since it takes years for the Pineal Gland to calcify, you must allow at least 3-6 months of use to decalcify. (This information is included in the printout that came with your order). The tonic also comes with free instructions on how to add honey to the tonic and turn it into an oxymel to make it more palatable, but taking it in pineapple juice sounds genius! Thank you for sharing! ♥

What happens if my package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all?
Only insured orders that are damaged in transit are eligible for a refund or exchange, and photos of the damage are needed within 1 business day of receipt in order to file a claim. Packages that go missing in transit are eligible for a refund or reshipment only if the order was insured.
How can I purchase shipping insurance on my order?

What if I gave a wrong or incomplete shipping address but my order has already shipped?
Contact me as soon as you've realized the mistake. In some circumstances, and if caught early enough, I can contact USPS on your behalf to intercept and redirect your package. Orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided are not subject for a refund, so please make sure to confirm your complete shipping address and include any apartment or building numbers. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address given or lack of mail receptacle, are subject to a reshipment fee. If no payment for the reshipment is given, order will be cancelled and refunded, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What if the tracking on my order says delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Please immediately notify your local post office and check with neighbors, especially if you live in an area with community mailboxes. It is especially common for mail mix-ups with community mailboxes. The location and time of delivery are both verified by GPS. Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or reshipments, even if insurance was purchased, unless the package arrived damaged. If you believe your mail was stolen after delivery, please consider reporting to the authorities and obtaining security cameras.
