I like shiny things.
I was tired of hearing my friends and family say "You should make jewelry for a living!" SO...I'm doing just that. I use precious and semiprecious stones and exceptional fittings to create unique pieces - classic in style, with a touch of whimsy.
I may have been a magpie, a crow, or a dragon in a former life--I love all things shiny-gleaming. I also have a fondness for fantastical creatures--mermaids, fairies, dragons, sea-monsters... I have two (allegedly) grown sons (hence the shop name.)
Wire, pliers, wire cutters, hammers, silk cord, beads--these are the tools of my trade.
I'm a one woman shop. I photograph my jewelry in a little corner of my hall that gets good natural light and I pack and ship on my dining room table.
