Shipping

We are located in Slovenia, Europe, and we offer priority airmail or express shipping worldwide.

Most orders take 1-10 days to be completed and shipped off.
Solid gold pieces take approximately 8-9 weeks to be finished.

Once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification.
You can check the status of you order by going to "Your Etsy" > "Purchases".
If you are in a hurry, please send us an inquiry through Etsy before placing your order as to see if it's possible to rush it. In most cases (especially with sterling silver and yellow/rose gold filled pieces) we can make the piece in approx. 1-3 business days and if the buyer decides to include express shipping, the item can be received in a timely manner, agreed with the customer.

The item will be shipped at the address provided on the receipt on Etsy. Please double-check the address. We cannot be responsible for packages being sent to an outdated or an incorrect address.
In case you would like to change the shipping address, please contact us with the new address as soon as possible. If the item had already been shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for that and cannot change the address while the package is travelling. In case this does occur, you can try to contact your local post and explain the situation. If it is not possible to resolve the matter and receive the package, it will quite possibly automatically be sent back to us by your post. If it does not arrive back, we cannot refund it or send you a new item free of charge.

Packages under the value of US$ 120 will be shipped by International Priority Airmail with no tracking and no insurance. You can however upgrade the shipping to a tracked or expressly shipped one when purchasing.
Packages above US$ 120 are shipped with tracked mail. When the item is dispatched, you will receive a notification. The tracking number is available a few days after the shipment, when the post provides us with it.
All solid gold items are sent with insured express shipping, which takes 1-5 business days and is included in your purchase. When the item is dispatched you will receive a notification including a tracking number.

Delivery time estimations for International Priority Airmail
- approx. 10 - 30 business days to USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, South Africa.
- approx. 5 - 15 business days to most European countries.
Delivery time is provided for reference only and it is based on our experience with sending goods all over the world. Shipping can sometimes take longer than anticipated due to weather changes or especially during busy holiday seasons for example. It is also possible they are opened at Custom Offices, which prolongs the delivery time.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Slovenia. An order cannot be cancelled and an item cannot be returned for a refund on the grounds of buyer being charged the import duties and taxes which their local customs authority deems appropriate.

Adjustments
We can adjust most items to fit your size preferences. Please include a note at checkout or contact us via Etsy conversation beforehand. Please see additional information in the "Refunds and Exchanges" section above.

Jewelry care
Please have in mind that jewelry pieces need special care to ensure a long life span.
Clean your piece after use with a soft dry fabric to remove dust and body oils.
Store it away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use. Sunlight can discolour your piece and oxygen is known to oxidise most materials.

Orders below US$ 120 are shipped with priority mail and no tracking unless previously discussed with the client.

If you're in a hurry to receive your item, the package can be shipped with express shipping. Additional fees for express shipping apply.

Custom and personalized orders

We are always open to collaborating on a completely unique and custom design of any kind.

Rush order

In case you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us beforehand on Etsy.

We're always happy to rush an order to make sure it arrives on time.

In some cases an upgrade to express shipping may apply to ensure a timely delivery.

Returns and exchanges

The refund is not possible for the following products :
- customized products (all wedding rings and custom orders with custom/chosen gemstones),
- all personalized products (items engraved per customer’s request),-
- all products that have been made according to consumer's specifications and instructions.
- rushed orders
- installment payment orders
- items with discount applied
Cancelations of order before being delivered carry a 10% cancelation fee of the sum of the entire order, shipping charges not included, provided that the order is not late form the vendors side.
Partial payments and rushed orders are not refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item comes in a gift jewellery box, a perfect box to keep your jewellery in while you're not wearing it.
